Sika Separol-205 is an oil-based, anti-corrosive shutter release agent used on formwork before concrete casting to support clean stripping and a smooth, uniform concrete finish.

Application at a Glance
When spray applied, the current Sika Ghana PDS gives an indicative coverage of about 20–70 m²/L depending on the type, smoothness and porosity of the formwork.
Pack note: Sika Ghana lists this product in 20 kg and 5 kg gallons, as well as larger 200 L drums and 1000 L IBCs. This ACS listing remains 20 kg because that is the manufacturer’s stated pack unit for this size.
