Refund & Return Policy

At Avenue Construction Supply GH Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality construction materials and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase.

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned once purchased due to their nature. These include:

  • Opened or partially used construction chemicals

  • Mixed or prepared materials (e.g., mortar, grout, adhesives already opened)

  • Special order or customized products

  • Clearance or discounted items

Returns & Inspection

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or MOMO account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider or bank.

  3. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us before returning the product.

Delivery & Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • For returned items requiring transportation, arrangements may be made depending on the product and location.
