Description

MC-Proof 500 is a two-component waterproofing coating formulated to create a flexible, water-resistant membrane on concrete and masonry. It is suitable for general structural waterproofing where reliable coverage and easy application are required.

• It is a highly elastic, UV-resistant, alkali-resistant, and crack-bridging coating that withstands high positive and negative water pressures.
• Applications: Ideal for internal wet areas (bathrooms, toilets) under tiles, exterior soil-touching structural elements, and concrete sealing.

• • Mixing Ratio: Supplied as a 32 kg pack containing a 24 kg powder bag and an 8 kg liquid bucket. You must mix the entire contents together using a slow-speed drill mixer for at least 3 minutes, let it sit for 5 minutes, and remix for 1 minute.
  • Working Time: The mixed material must be used within 45 minutes. Do not dilute it once it begins to set.
  • Application Method: Applied crosswise in two layers (minimum 1 mm wet thickness per layer) using a brush, trowel, or spray onto a clean, pre-dampened substrate.
  • Curing Times: The first coat must cure for at least 3 hours at 35°C (or 5 hours at 20°C) before applying the second coat. Protect the treated area from rain for at least 3 hours after application.

  • Water Resistance: No leakage observed at 5 Bar pressure (positive and negative).
  • Shelf Life: 12 months when stored in a dry, covered area away from direct sunlight.
