Akfix EM600 Waterguard is a premium, one-component, water-based acrylic copolymer liquid waterproofing membrane designed to provide flexible, long-lasting surface protection against water infiltration. It cures into a highly elastic, seamless layer that stretches and moves with your structures without cracking.

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is dry, completely clean, and free of oil, loose dust, or old flaking paint. Substrate moisture content should ideally be kept low. 
2. Tools to Use: You can apply the membrane easily using an airless spray gun, a standard paint roller, or a brush. 
3. Layering: Apply in multiple cross-directional coats for optimal thickness and protection. Let each coat dry completely before applying the next one to establish a reliable, seamless shield.
