Description

Akfix C900 Chemical Anchor (300ml) is a fast-curing, two-component polyester injection mortar designed for heavy-duty anchoring in both solid and hollow construction materials. It creates a high-strength bond by filling all gaps within the drilled hole, making it ideal for securing threaded rods, rebar, gates, and heavy fixtures.

1. Drill: Make a hole to the specified diameter and depth matching your anchor size.
2. Clean: Thoroughly brush and blow out the dust from the hole (critical for bond strength).
3. Prep: Insert the cartridge into the gun, attach the static mixer, and discard the first few centimeters of resin until the color is uniform.
4. Inject: Fill the hole from the bottom upward to roughly 2/3 full to avoid trapping air.
5. Insert: Push and twist the anchor rod or rebar into the hole. Leave undisturbed until the full curing time has passed
